Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Comvyn piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

Final sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@comvyn.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Different item of equal value

If the item you need is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to sizing or preference: Customer pays return shipping

  • Returns due to product issues or wrong item received: Comvyn covers shipping


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Worn / washed items
